Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within Malaysia only.



How much is delivery?

The delivery fee is based on weight, dimensions, and destination. It is automatically calculated upon checkout.



Are all your items in stock?

We endeavor to keep our website updated with item availability. However, if we have insufficient stock or are unable to obtain the items from our suppliers, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and refund the full sum paid to your original payment method. Please allow fourteen (14) days for your refund to appear.



When will my item be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within three (3) business days. You will receive email and SMS notifications with your tracking number when we do.



Must I be present to sign for the items?

Yes, all items will be sent by courier and require your signature for delivery.



I ordered multiple items. Will they be sent together or separately?

We endeavor to deliver all your items in one shipment. In the rare situation that one of your items in unavailable, we will contact you via email before proceeding with the rest of the order.



I changed my mind. How do I cancel my order?

Please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.



I changed my mind after receiving my items. How do I return my order?

You may return all unopened and unused items to us within seven (7) days of receipt. All item tags and original packaging must be intact. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Please pack your items carefully and choose a secure shipping method with a tracking number, as we will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit to us.



Can I exchange items?

Exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged and defective items (see below).



What if my order is damaged or defective?

If you encounter damages or defects in your order, please contact Customer Service within three (3) days of receipt. We will collect the items from the original delivery address only. We reserve the right to evaluate the items and determine the nature of any damages or defects, and to reject any claims we determine to be not genuine. We will advise you on the next course of action, whether replacement or refund.



What if I receive the wrong items?

In the very unlikely situation that incorrect items are dispatched, please contact Customer Service immediately for further assistance.



Is there a manufacturer’s warranty?

Most of the products we feature carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturers directly for more information or assistance.
