To submit an order, follow the online order process on our website.
You are required to submit the full payment for the whole purchase price of your selected items before your order can be processed. Your purchase method will be charged the full payment at the point of order. JCMS ProRewards Sdn Bhd will process your payment and then send an email to your registered email address. This email will contain your name, details of item(s) ordered, delivery address and full amount paid. This email is our acknowledgement of your order, but it constitutes neither a confirmation nor acceptance or your order.
The contract between us is formed once we have emailed you to inform you that we have dispatched the items to you.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in item descriptions, pricing and availability. However, we do not guarantee that item descriptions or other content of this website are completely free of errors or omissions.
If an item offered by us is not as described, your sole course of action is to return it in unused condition for a refund. Please contact Customer Service with details of item disparity.
If we discover a major error in the price of items you have ordered from us, we will email you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reordering the items at the correct price, or cancelling your order for a full refund.
The price of items may fluctuate and items may be discounted after you place your order but before your items are dispatched. Requests for price adjustments after you place your order will not be entertained.
We endeavor to keep our website updated with item availability. However, if we have insufficient stock or are unable to obtain the items from our suppliers, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and refund the full sum paid to your original payment method. Please allow fourteen (14) days for your refund to appear. We will not offer additional compensation.
Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. We are not responsible for postal delays once parcels have left our warehouse.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged and defective items (see below).
You may return all unopened and unused items to us within seven (7) days of receipt. All item tags and original packaging must be intact. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please pack your items carefully and choose a secure shipping method with a tracking number, as we will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit to us.
If your order is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service within three (3) days of receipt. We will collect the item(s) from the original delivery address only. We reserve the right to evaluate the item(s) and determine the nature of any damages or defects, and to reject any claims we determine to be not genuine. We will advise you on the next course of action, whether replacement or refund.
